| Since its beginning in 1949, Delafield has grown significantly and, in the process, has expanded its mission and overall capability to meet new customer requirements. However, these two things have never changed: our commitment to our customers’ success, and the belief that all members of the Delafield team are key contributors to this goal. Our mission remains to provide creative solutions for the challenges faced by our customers while maintaining dignity and respect for every member of the Delafield team. If it is simple, you don’t need Delafield; if it is unique or difficult, Delafield can help. Our business is to solve problems, and we are not successful until our customers succeed.
 The past few years have seen tremendous increase in our abilities to better serve the requirements of our customers. We have focused on adding capital equipment, such as sophisticated tube bending machines, automated wiring stripping devices, and high-end CAD systems. Commensurate with these additions, we have augmented our staff to include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software engineers. To meet the special needs of our electrical customers, we have obtained UL listing under UL 508A (Industrial Control Panels).
