MABANK - Delafield Fluid Technologies is planning a lot of growth and production numbers in the Quonset hut on State Hwy. 198.

Production Manager, Larry Lee, is proud of his 10 person staff and also the newest equipment.

Delafield has a staff with over 200 collective years of experience in providing outstanding designs to help customers with metal needs.

From hose, to quick-disconnects, to cylinders, to tube fittings, to valves, to filters, to gauges, to motors and pumps, and to expansion joints, state of the art machinery allows this growing company to produce thousands of products to exacting requirements.

The company finds engineered solutions to practical problems with a focus on electrical and mechanical system integration.

Delafield has seen tremendous increases in their abilities to add capital equipment such as tube bending machines, automated wiring stripping devices, and the staff includes mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineers.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Delafield Fluid Technologies came to Mabank in 1999 in alliance with Solar Turbines to build all their metal hoses for the past five years.

Recently making the move to their own quarters, the company expects rapid growth.

The equipment includes a controlled automation 8-foot by 29-foot CNC cutting machine along with a hypertherm high-definition plasma cutter. Also new to the facility is a 12 foot, 250 ton, CNC controlled press brake.

Products produced include Goodyear, Atlas Cylinders, Stauff Pipe and Tubing, and many more. The company is capable of custom design metal work.

The staff can use their computer graphic capabilities to design metal art to fit gates, fences, building sign posts, and create industrial products.

The staff includes Lee, Donald Picket, Ted Paul, John Riley, Bobby Woods, James Bersherse, Laurie Stamper, David Griffin, Gary McCalister, and Vivian Votava.
