LOS ANGELES, CA (July 10, 2009) -- Corporate Quality Manager Hamdy Youssef, previously appointed as Delafield Corporation's ISO 9001 Management Representative, has had his appointment extended to include AS9100. Dr. Youssef will have the full support of Senior Management and the organizational freedom to establish, implement, and maintain an effective ISO 9001/AS9100-based quality management system and to resolve matters pertaining to quality.

Delafield Corporation's Quality Assurance program is based on the prevention of defects and continuous improvement. It includes calibration, inspection and testing, process controls, and supplier quality assurance. Quality Assurance patrols augment the assembly and fabrication teams, allowing a proactive approach to problem resolution and any necessary corrective action.
