Our new vision includes finding engineered solutions to practical problems faced by our customers. To achieve this, Delafield has created a new division dedicated to providing engineered solutions with focus on electrical and mechanical system integration. This is a very significant event in the history of Delafield as evidenced by the level of commitment and resources dedicated to its development. Specifically, we have created a separate electrical assembly area complete with appropriate automated wire preparation systems, electronic test equipment, wire harness preparation fixtures, and computer assisted testing as well as a separate 10,500 sq. ft. integration and systems assembly area.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Our ERP system has been fully integrated into all aspects of our business from sales order generation, though engineering document and design control, and manufacturing and shipping. All facilities are connected with our business system providing real time online information for all aspects of our organization, all order accurately scheduled and tracked from order entry through shipping, providing our customers the best possible delivery and pricing of their products. Our IT Department has designed a sophisticated environment that supports our CAD systems, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, as well as internally developing software to automate processes within the organization.
