Delafield provides metal hose assemblies from 1/4" through 24" ID Metal expansion joints range from 2" through 48" ID Rubber Expansion Joints are provided from 1" through 36" ID |

| Materials: |
Delafield stocks metal hose in type 321 SS, 316L SS, and monel. Other material types are available. Please consult the Delafield Engineering Department for additional information.
Expansion joints are fabricated in 321 SS, 316L SS, monel, and inconel.
Rubber expansion joints are fabricated from Butyl, Neoprene, Buna-N, EPDM, Hypalon, SBR, Natural Rubber, White Sanitary & FDA approved materials. Please consult the Delafield Engineering Department for availability of other styles and shapes.

Delafield has in-house mass spectrometer capabilities to 1 x 10 -9 for the most demanding metal hose and expansion joint applications. All welding is performed in accordance with ASME SEC IX of the boiler and pressure vessel code. MIL-SPEC welding is also provided to the latest government specifications. Please consult the Delafield Engineering Department with your requirements for special applications. |
