Delafield has the expertise to design and supply hydraulic and pneumatic manifolds for almost any application. We can supply manifolds machined from iron, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. We have supplied manifolds plated with nickel, zinc, anodized, or painted for marine duty. Manifold blocks can be ultrasonically tested for imperfections, and material traceability is available. Explosion-proof solenoid valves are available, along with valves from Sun, Vickers, Rexroth, Parker, etc. We have manufactured manifolds as small as 1/4 pound, up to iron manifolds as large as 1500 pounds.
In our dedicated clean room, we will assemble the manifold with valves and fittings; and we can perform hydraulic leak testing to 7500 psi and function testing to 3000 psi on your manifold.
